Return Policy
Shipping Within the United States
Orders placed by customers located in the United States are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment facility via USPS.
Because orders are shipped within U.S. territory, no customs duties or import taxes apply to U.S. customers.
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday during business hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
After your purchase, you will receive:
• an order confirmation email
• a shipping confirmation email with tracking information
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Ninefoot Studio purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items.
Ninefoot Studio does not offer refunds unless the item received is confirmed to be faulty or defective.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
• be unworn and unwashed
• have all original tags and hygienic liners attached
• be returned in original, unmarked condition
Items showing deodorant marks, makeup, sunscreen, creams, stains, or signs of wear will not be accepted.

Our team will provide the U.S. return address and instructions.
For U.S. customers only, we can provide a return shipping label upon request. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the store credit or exchange value.
All returns must include a valid tracking number. Returns sent without tracking information cannot be processed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Exchanges may be requested for a different size or style, depending on product availability.
If a discounted item is exchanged for a different product, the replacement item will be charged at the regular retail price.

Damage caused by normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Sale Items
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
No returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credits are accepted on sale items or items purchased using promotional discount codes.
Product Expectations
Ninefoot Studio produces performance swimwear designed for surf and active use. Each piece is made in small batches using premium Italian fabrics and undergoes internal quality inspection before shipping.
Slight variations in color, texture, or fit may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or handmade production processes. These variations are not considered defects.
Fit & Sizing Disclaimer
Fit may vary depending on body shape, personal preference, and garment styling.
Differences in fit or sizing preference are not considered product defects and are not valid reasons for refunds or chargebacks.
Customers are encouraged to review the size chart and contact our team for sizing assistance before purchasing.
Policy Agreement
By completing a purchase on our website, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to our shipping, return, and refund policies prior to placing their order.
Requests outside the terms of this policy will not be accepted.
