Please note that Ninefoot Studio reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if an item does not meet the conditions outlined below.
Before Trying On Your Items
Please make sure your skin is free of deodorant, makeup, creams, sunscreen, or sweat before trying on any swimwear, to avoid marks or stains that could affect return eligibility.
General Return Conditions
To be eligible for any type of return (store credit, exchange), items must:
- Be in like-new condition (no signs of wear unless the item arrived defective)
- Have all original tags and hygienic liners securely attached
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Be processed through our official returns system
⚠️ For hygiene reasons, swimsuits with deodorant marks, creams, stains, or any signs of wear cannot be returned or exchanged — no exceptions.
We’re happy to offer store credit on eligible items returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
To qualify:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in like-new condition
- Tags and hygienic liners must be intact
- The return must be processed through our official system

(A handling fee is applied for inspection and processing.)
A store credit code will be emailed to you after your return is received and approved.
We accept exchanges for a different size or style on eligible items returned within 14 days of purchase.
To qualify:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition
- Tags and hygienic liners must remain attached
- Items showing signs of wear or stains will not be accepted
Once inspected, our customer service team will contact you to process your exchange, based on availability.
We don’t offer refunds.
All returns are subject to a mandatory inspection.
Approval is not guaranteed, even if the return was submitted through our system.
Swimsuits with deodorant marks, stains, signs of wear, or missing hygiene liners/tags will be denied and returned to you.
Please try on items carefully to ensure your return is accepted.
All sale items, including those purchased with promotional codes, are final sale.
