Every Ninefoot piece is designed and made in our studio in Bali. Orders are processed Monday–Friday; orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day. You’ll receive an order confirmation email and a shipping email with tracking.

Shipping costs & delivery times

• United States: $9 · Free on orders over $200 · 3–5 business days
• Asia, Australia, Canada & Europe: $19 · 3–5 business days
• Rest of the world: $35 · 5–8 business days
• Indonesia: $5 · 2–4 business days

United States

US orders ship from our US fulfillment center, Oro Fulfillment & Refurbishment Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Tariffs and import taxes are included in the price, so you won’t pay anything extra on delivery.

Bali – same-day delivery

Customers in Bali can get their order the same day with a local courier (Gojek). The price depends on your location, so message us on WhatsApp (+62 819-3299-2408) and we’ll give you all the details.

All other countries

International orders ship from Bali via FedEx Express. Customs duties and import taxes, if any, are set by your country and paid by the customer on delivery. Packages refused because of unpaid duties can’t be refunded.
