PRICES & SHIPPING

All prices in this online shop are listed in USD and do not include shipping costs.  

Orders are manually processed during business hours Monday–Friday and shipped from Indonesia on the following business day.  

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.  

Since 2024, we have started producing our pieces in-house to improve quality. We produce in small batches, so sometimes items may be out of stock. If this happens, we will contact you and inform you when the piece will be ready. We are a small team, so we appreciate your patience.  

After purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.  

All orders are shipped and tracked via FedEx Express (3–5 business days), the fastest shipping option in Indonesia. Please note that in some countries, tracking may not be available.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns from the Middle East, Africa, Central, and South America.

To process a return or exchange, you must provide a valid tracking number. Without a tracking number, we cannot proceed with any return or exchange. 

Ninefoot does NOT offer refunds for purchases made on our online shop unless the item is faulty. 

We gladly accept returns for exchange (size, style, or color) or store credit on any unworn, unwashed, full-price items within 14 days of the delivery date.  

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

For exchanges, you will need to cover the shipping cost of the new item from Bali. Ninefoot does not overcharge for shipping—below are estimated shipping costs for reference, but prices may vary based on location. We will provide the exact FedEx shipping cost upon request.

If you purchased an item with a discount and want to exchange it for a different style, the new item will be at the regular price. We only allow size exchanges for the same product from your original order. If you wish to exchange for a different product, it will be charged at the normal price

We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit.  

Swimwear damaged due to wear and tear is not considered faulty and will not be eligible for exchange.  

If you choose not to exchange the item, we will issue a store credit with no expiration date, which you can use anytime.  

To minimize returns, we encourage you to contact us for sizing assistance before purchasing. Our female customer service team will ask for your body measurements, height, and weight. If necessary, we may request a photo to ensure the best fit. 

FINAL SALE POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No exchanges or store credits are available on sale items, including those purchased with promotional discount codes.
