Refund policy

PRICES AND SHIPMENT

All prices in this online shop are set in US $ and do not include shipping costs.

Orders are manually processed within business hours Monday - Friday and sent from Indonesia the following business day.

All orders placed on the weekend or a holiday will be sent on the next business day.

After purchase you will receive an order and shipment confirmation email with the shipping number.

All orders are shipped and tracked via FEDEX/ DHL . Please note in some countries tracking may not be available.


RETURN

Ninefoot does not offer refunds for purchases made on our online shop unless the item is faulty.

We gladly accept returns for exchange ( another size, style or colour) or credit store only on any unworn, unwashed, full - price items within 14 days after delivery date of your order.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with the original labels.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We also do not hold responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit.

If you received a faulty Item please contact us immediately at ninefootstudio@gmail.com to notify us of damaged items. Swimwear damaged as a result of wear are not considered to be faulty and will not be exchanged.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDITS ON SALE ITEMS INCLUDING ITEMS PURCHASED WITH PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT CODES.
